This seems at last to be coming to a head. Tom McKenzie has offered me elsewhere on the internet a refund of my fees. That is as big a lie as when he says he can fund a project. He is going to list my project on the internet so people can make a judgement as to why he did not fund it the man is twisted and proves his incompetence by reacting to me but still not  answering. HEY TOM WHO HAVE YOU FUNDED? When he pays me my refund he still needs to answer that.
 The delays and costs he has incurred for me will be a large figure after he has had my money for so long but worry not he is a "big player" with access to millions so it should be small change to him.
 Can not wait to see what it is!!!!!!!

How much money I have is irrelevant. I can state that if Bemused is who I think he is, I spent more money last year on new cars than his income has been in the last three years.   Bemused only has to identify himself and I will present him with two things. A list of funded projects and a refund if his project falls into the legally verified parameters of our refund policy. I offered him a refund if he would identify himself, and now I am offering him a list of funded projects.

It is very interesting how he can state what I have done, but he forgets to say I can't refund a projects fee, if I don't know who he is.

It all fits together the way I have understood it. He has no way of accepting a refund or references or a statement of funded projects. Mainly because the chicken shit bastard is afraid of what we might do legally, once we find out who he is. Bemused, Step Up be a Man. Who are you?

Another Coward. My problem with these complaints is the investigation that was done by our ISP, tells us that 11 of the complaints all come from the same IP address. What that means is one person is representing themselves as at least 11 other other people.  That strikes me as fraud. Funny thing, the police think that is fraud also. Hey TedE51 do you have a refund policy for the damage you and your coward friends have done here? We have a refund policy, but I can't ever recall you asking for a dime. Funny that.

Guess what, we finally have someone who will post their name. Sandy Douglas has asked for a refund based on our refund policy. If he will comply with that policy, he can show my attorney all of the details, and I have authorized the refund to be paid. The problem is that Sandy seems to think that just telling us he has funded his project elsewhere will get him a refund. Not going to happen. Simple policy is, if your project is funded elsewhere in the same manner  you requested  Prospexx to fund, a refund will be issued.  Sandy doesn't even come close.  If he had have come to us with a funded project even if it did not comply with our refund policy, and without all the grief, he might have received a goodwill refund, but the viciousness he seems to exude is something that won't get him anything extra from me.  Piece by piece, comply with the policy and receive your refund.

Anyone reading this information,  please feel free to go to the bottom of this page to see what a clueless goofball (Sandy Douglas) can do with a computer and a few missing brain cells.  Talk about too much time on his hands. This person feels that being a pain in the ass will get him somewhere. It did. Got him on this page. 

In this day of the Internet, it has become so easy for the people practicing the above, to post there venom everywhere, often anonymously and with impunity.  It is going to stop now. We now are going to begin to show everything we can to stop these Blackards in their tracks. How? By legally posting information about them on this site that has been compiled from the files of the companies they are dealing with.  Information about circumstances surrounding previous marriages, criminal convictions in the past that were quite some time ago, current indictments for things ranging from conspiracy to sell drugs, to pending trial on child molestation charges. More stories of swindling partners, or hiding property in other people's names, and current affairs being hidden from spouses. At worst we will retaliate, at best we will humiliate. Very few people have perfect backgrounds. Although it is always the same. The people with the most to hide are the ones that are the most stupid and become public nuisances. Trying to a bring a shit storm down on the companies  below, when they did what they said they would, and your project failed to fund because of the quality of the project, is not their problem in any way. You are unhappy, funding did not come. Don't blame the people that tried to help.

Our due diligence company has worked for a month now with ISP's to discover the real identity of the anonymous clients responsible for most of the postings being placed on the dirt boards. We now have what we think are the true identity of all of the anonymous posters as of November the 15th. We will start here,

#1. John R. Strand, England
Property Development, $15,000,000
tax cheat, has hidden assets, lied about income source (lives on wife's income and disability pension), has borrowed over £50,000 from Father In Law, never paying anything back. Lied about education, made application in the name of a company that does not exist. This non existent company came in through a broker, and he went after the broker for a refund after all of the above was discovered.  Our plan if they continue, is to turn their file over to the British tax authorities.  We could go after this client for trying to put a fraudulent transaction together. Posted their ranting as XXXXXX, but for now we are not going to disclose their pseudonym or real name.  One more posting and I personally will bring in the authorities

Numerous Projects, Brought To  A US Broker From, Europe, Canada, $80,000,000 USD
Has brought multiple projects in to us. He was coaching his clients what to say, most often devising stories about their pasts, that would in fact be very difficult to verify. The clincher came when one of projects brought to us was from a couple trying to develop a very large property, well along the way, and we discovered a story about how they had recently been released from a German Federal Prison for a conviction of  defrauding  lenders and a property developers. It  looked like a fantastic international project to us. When their backgrounds were discovered, we never heard from them again.
There is more to the story about this prolific  Broker shit poster. He told all of his clients, that they must register a company in the United States before they could make an application to my firm. He made all of them, through him, make an application for a Delaware company. They had to do that or he could not arrange financing for them, he said it was an US Security Exchange Commission  rule.
He paid approximately $640 for each registration and billed the client over $9,000 for every application, just for the business registration. I am a Canadian company, operating from Canada, and no such rule applies now or ever has. This person bilked every client of $9,000 before they could even submit a loan application. We discovered it when a client of his came to us demanding their $9,000+ back, after finding out it was bullshit. We didn't  know it was being done, and never received any of it. Pretending this is an SEC requirement, can get someone in real trouble. This broker, who uses his real name, is one of the most prolific posters of crap on these boards. I went to him, and complained about what he was doing to his clients, and he basically advised me to "piss off". We are going to disclose who he is to all of you, but only after we have watched what his clients are going to do to him. John Harris if this is the John Harris I know, brings a new meaning to the name Profiteer.  His projects are crap, he his as unscrupulous as a profiteer can get, and he is a whiner when someone actually defends themselves.

This client came to us for $10M to launch his 2009 Fashions. He is an a US fashion house with facilities in Italy. When the due diligence investigation and other investigative work was done, somehow he had forgotten to tell us that he had in fact bankrupted this company once previously, and that in fact the company was not an ongoing operating company but in fact a re-launch.  He jokingly said, but it really was a statement he made, "my attorney is my girlfriend and she is going to be my wife". He did tell us that he had not made any money for two and a half years, hence filing no income tax returns. What he apparently forgot to tell us was that he had in fact been working under the table to other fashion houses, but was not declaring this substantial income. Also forgot to tell us that when his company went bankrupt,  fashion wear was hidden away, and for two and a half years he had been selling that to generate capital.   I wonder if a wife not being able to testify against her husband applies here?

I don't mean to make an example of those that are somewhat challenged by life. Although the Humour in it overrules even my good taste.  I wonder if his wife knows what he really does all day, when she thinks he is sitting at his PC telling her he is working.  Probably better than what some others do when they should be working. . I think this man should get on with life. See Sandy Douglas's Posting Below. Yes he really did post this to a complaint board. Two things are apparent. One, the quality of the board in allowing this type of posting to their pages,  by an obviously intellectually challenged poster, and two maybe he just can't afford a new keyboard and the "control V" got stuck.
